Not ready to combat fish on the Kenai? Come see Rough Waters Alaska for the fishing experience of a lifetime! Even if you are not a fisher(wo)man, it’s tough to visit Alaska and not go fishing. No experience in fishing, no problem. Rough Waters Alaska will teach you all you need to know for the best chance to land that Alaskan salmon. We fish the Klutina river and the Copper river for Sockeye salmon (reds) and Chinook salmon (kings). No need to bring your own gear all the way to Alaska, we supply rods, reels, waders, and a great guide! All you will need is a rain coat and some snacks if desired. Our fishing charters generally run from 3-9 p.m. We are the only charter business in Copper Center that currently runs evening charters, this means less competition with the other businesses for the best fishing holes.
